Rams Keep Dynamos In Focus

A BATTLING performance from the Great Notley Rams saw them narrowly lose out by the odd goal to Focus Ferrers the runaway leaders of the Blackwater & Dengie League Osea Division.

Rams travelled to South Woodham Ferrers with a full squad of 12 players and all received significant game time against the league leaders.

The home side took the lead midway through the first half, but the visitors were constantly battling and managed to threaten on occasion with some breakaway chances.



Going in to the second half, the game remained a very closely fought contest, and there were chances at both ends, although the home side managed to hang on for the win.

Both teams left the field to the applause of both sets of supporters who agreed that they had witnessed a close and exciting game of football.
